What treatments do you offer, and how do I know which one is right for me?

We offer a variety of treatments from deep cleansing facials, to microneedling to lasers. If you are unsure of what you need, schedule a consultation and we can figure out a plan together. Consults are always free and they will give us enough time to have a treatment at that time as well.

How long do treatments typically take?

Treatments are scheduled anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on which treatment we do.

Can I customize my treatment?

All our treatments are customizable to your skin needs.

Do you offer packages or membership options for multiple treatments?

I offer packages for some treatments that require multiple treatments.

How soon will I see results, and how long do they last?

You will notice results right away with some treatments. Depending on the type of treatment, most are permanent but need to be maintained to keep the results you desire. Some results can take up to 12 weeks to see full results as the skin requires a few skin cell cycles to fully reveal!

Can I purchase products online or only in-store?

Products can be purchased in the online store or in spa. You may also text me any orders!

Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

I do have a limited supply of samples. Let me know if there is something you would like to try.

Are there any products I should avoid using together?

No, most products can be used together. If you have specific questions or any issues using any products, always let me know so we can make sure they are being used correctly.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies or skin conditions?

Yes, we have a large variety of products that can be catered towards any skin conditions or sensitivities.

General Spa Experience FAQ's

What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Any no shows or late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, apple pay & venmo

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Yes we offer gift cards and e gift cards

Do you offer consultations to help choose the right products/ services?

Yes, consultationons are always complimentary.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

Please arrive 5 minutes early!
